1st Customer Review : Avarage pot
The pot does what it needs to do, it prevents anything from burning in it, while cooking. However the water level indicator doesn't work at all, so you need to be careful when using the pot for a long time, as it may run out of water.
That said, I haven't seen any better pot available online.
2012 update: after a year of moderate usage (2-3 times per month) it now leaks water, so I lowered the rating to 3 stars.

2nd Customer Review : great and cheap Bain Marie
I tought the babycooker were expensive and not worth the price for the few months that you need them so i just used a simple hand mixer to mix some veggies and froze small portions in an ice tray. I used this Bain Marie to thaw the small portions - it was perfect.
Now that my son is eating solid food I use it to melt chocolate which is nice too.

Best pot that I ever have. I making my own chocolates, creamy sauces, heating (boiling) milk and it is great and easy to use.
