The first broiler pan arrived on time, but was chipped on the edge of the pan. I reported the chip to Amazon...who sent the complaint to the company. They rectified it immediately and sent a new set. I've used it a few times now and am happy with how well it cleans up. The pan itself could have been a little heavier, but overall I am happy with the purchase
