Description : The Cuisinart Egg Central appliance has a new two-tiered cooking system that allows ten eggs to be cooked at once. Eggs can be cooked to a hard, medium or soft consistency. The egg cooker also comes with removable trays that can be used to poach eggs and make omelets. Cooking time is controlled precisely by the amount of water added. Fill included measuring beaker to the appropriate range and pour water into cooking plate. The built-in LED light, audible alert, and standby mode help guard against overcooking. All egg favorites can be made in one compact unit.

1st Customer Review : love this
i have chickens and so i get my own eggs from them each day. i wanted something that could poach eggs for my husband and i easily. also when i boil eggs i wanted something to boil alot at a time. i saw this on amazon and thought i would give it a try. oh my gosh i cant say enough nice things about it. i have only had it a short time and havent made an omelet yet but if it makes one like it does the poached and boiled then it will be great. by the time my toast is done in the toaster the poached eggs are done to perfection. and it turns off itself after the bell rings. love it!!

2nd Customer Review : Cuisinart CEC-10 Central Egg Cooker
I had bought a different brand of egg cooker and was not pleased with it. So I wanted to replace it with the Cuisinart one and I am very pleased with it. Cooks poached eggs perfectly. Is well constructed.
3rd Customer Review : Chef's Choice by a nose
I've been preparing my morning egg and carrying out a little research.
Which is better, the Cuisinart CEC-10 or the Chef's Choice Model 810?
The result: I favour the Chef's Choice because it seems to be more consistent. Set the little lever and you'll have the egg just the way you like it every time.
But I like one Cuisinart feature ... auto cutoff.
If only the Model 810 could do that it would be a clear winner.
At present, in my mind, it's the Model 810 by a nose.
