1st Customer Review : A good boiler so far
This is an effective egg boiler. You can choose "hard boiled", "half-hard boiled" and "soft boiled" by adding different amount of water by its small cup! It works fast. I didn't calculate the exact time for boiling 2-3 eggs but 5-8 minutes will be enough. There's also a small bowl which is very cute. I never used it but it seems enough to heat soup for one person. Just one thing is its alarm is a bit loud and I can't use is in early morning when my roommate is still sleeping. Hopefully it can last for long. Love it so far.

2nd Customer Review : DBTech Egg Cooker
Bought this to replace an aging West Bend egg cooker. I chose this product as it's one of the few with auto shut off but it soon ended up back in the box to ship back. After a 1/2 dozen eggs using various amounts of water I only ended up with less than soft boiled eggs. I don't understand the varying amounts of water depending on the number of eggs. At most, it would cook the eggs for 2 min. and shut off. The prick for the eggs is huge compared to my other one, actually crushed an egg in my hand trying to puncture the end. I really wanted the product to work, I like the look and design but the timer just isn't right. I guess I now know why people rave about the Sunbeam/Oster/Westbend egg cookers, they work!
3rd Customer Review : CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSTANDING
If the instructions were better I would not feel bad about the 5 stars - however, as listed by others CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING and that always gets 5 stars. They make things right, if all vendors did shopping (the world...grin) would be a better place. As others also listed you have to use a few times to get "your" needs correct, water level per eggs. Also, most do not understand eggs have to be both stored point down, refrigerated, and used within a few days of purchase, one week at most if handled with care as listed above, for best results when making boiled eggs of any kind.
