1st Customer Review : Love this pan
I have been looking for a double boiler. Of course I wanted one that was good quality, but not to pricey. I looked around where I live because I wanted to look at it, but we have really big ones. I was want to use it for candy and making frosting, so you see I just didn't need anything so big. This double boiler is top of the line in quality and the perfect size. I thought the price was a little more than I wanted to spend, but once I received it and used it. I decided it wasn't to high. It was perfect for my frosting and clean up was super easy. I highly recommend this pan. I will also be taking a look at some of Paula Dean's other cookware.

2nd Customer Review : great bargain
I use this double boiler to make yogurt. I set the milk at a low heat and go about my business. I have never burned the milk, or had that hard to remove stick on the bottom of the pan.

The product looked nice but it was quite small than what I have pictured in my mind based upon the product description. It is functional. You do have to pay attention to the special washing instruction before using it. Shipping and handling wad good.
